Zero Year is a multi-part crossover storyline that relates to the Batman family of titles published by DC Comics. The story is set as part of the continuity of the "New 52" era and is designed to redefine the history of Bruce Wayne as it relates to the rebooted continuity. The main story takes place in issues #21-33 of Batman, Volume 2 (skipping issue #28 which crossed over into the Batman: Eternal miniseries), which were published from August, 2013 to September, 2014. The storyline tied into the twenty-fifth issue of several other DC titles in early 2014 including Action Comics #25, Batgirl #25, Batwoman #25, Batwing #25 and more. "Zero Year" was written by Scott Snyder and illustrated by Greg Capullo.
