Barry Fitzpatrick is a fictional driver and a minor character featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is associated with the character of Dracula and made a single appearance in Tomb of Dracula #62 in January, 1978 in a story called "What Lurks Beneath Satan's Hill?"
Biography[]
Barry Fitzpatrick was an ambulance driver that worked out of Boston, Massachusetts. One evening, his partner Jack Samuels and he were transporting a load of bald, female corpses across Boston Common when their vehicle was set upon by the vampire lord, Dracula. Tearing open the ambulance, Dracula was shocked to find that the women's bodies had already been drained of blood. Seeking to discover what bizarre occurrences were taking place that evening, Dracula elected to let Barry and Jack live. When Barry pulled back the shroud that had been covering the cadavers, he discovered that they were gone. He immediately fainted. [1]
