Biography[]
The bar monkey was a Capuchin monkey, gender unknown, who appeared in the 1986 pilot episode of Caged Heat produced by CBS. In the scene, the monkey is seen drinking vodka on top of a bar.
In 2014, documentarian Jackson Norriss showed the video clip to series star Trevor Slattery and asked him, "Was that a monkey drinking vodka?" Trevor confirmed it, and expressed surprise that the "knobs" at the network didn't pick up the series, believing that the show was too sophisticated for them. [3]

- ↑ Given that Capuchins have an average lifespan of twenty-five years, it is likely that this animal has since passed away of old age, given that it appeared in a TV project in 1986.
