Awilda Ayala Del Toro is a fictional comic book character featured in titles published by Marvel Comics. She is a part of the mainstream Marvel Universe and appeared in the "Sons of the Tiger" vignettes featured in the Deadly Hands of Kung Fu black and white comic magazine published in the 1970s. She first appeared in Deadly Hands of Kung Fu #20 in January, 1976. She also made appearances in the White Tiger six-issue limited series in 2007.

Biography[]

Awilda Ayala is the sister of Hector Ayala, who was a martial arts master who went by the code name, the White Tiger. She is the mother of Angela Del Toro, who went on to become Hector's successor, taking possession of the Jade Tiger amulet and becoming the new White Tiger.
