Synopsis[]

Three former Heralds of Galactus - bound together by Celestial fate - the Silver Surfer, Terrax, and Firelord, all arrives in the Ravenstarr Galaxy in search of the new host of the Starbrand, which has been blazing a trail of chaos across the universe.

Meanwhile, Thor Odinson, having fully succumbed to the Brood infection, attacks Captain America. Captain America proves himself worthy enough to wield Mjolnir and uses it to calm "Brood Thor" down.

Elsewhere, the Hell Charger soars across the cosmos with Robbie Reyes at the wheel and Blade, Natasha Romanoff and Boy-Thing as passengers. They need to get away from a red star system, which is quickly killing Blade. The Silver Surfer pursues them, suspecting a link between the Avengers and the Starbrand. Ghost Rider is able to use his Hellfire to appropriate the Silver Surfer's surfboard, but the Surfer is able to summon it back. The Silver Surfer projects a blast of the Power Cosmic at the Hell Charger, which sends it spiraling towards one of the prison planetoids. A group of alien inmates attack the car, prompting Natasha to take a more aggressive stance. She springs forth from the Hell Charger having donned her War Widow armor.

Back on Earth, a million years ago, Iron Man faces off against a prehistoric version of the Avengers.
