"Mayhem Over Manhattan!" is the title to the story from the fifty-fifth issue of the first volume of the American superhero comic book series The Avengers, published by Marvel Comics. The story was written by Roy Thomas with artwork by penciler John Buscema and inker George Klein. Buscema and Klein also provided the cover art illustration for this issue.
