The Atlas Mountains are a mountain range located in the Maghreb in Northern Africa. Its range stretches through Algeria, Morocco, and Tunisia. Its highest elevation is 4,167 miles high and has a distance of 1,600 miles.
In Marvel Comics continuity, the Atlas Mountains are the location of King Solomon's Tomb, which was allegedly filled with vast riches. The entrance way to the tomb was guarded by a mechanical construct known as Ogar. [1] Centuries ago, Ali Baba and his forty thieves raided the temple and discovered the mysterious Brass Frogs. Baba tampered with the frog, which created a chronal anomaly that unleashed an evil Djinn that terrorized the local areas. [2]
