Arwen is a fictional child and a minor character featured in the Crossed line of comic book titles published by Avatar Press. She first appeared in flashback in Crossed #1 in September, 2008.
Biography[]
Arwen was the young daughter of Joel and Amy. The family were retreating from a group of Crossed, when Amy broke her ankle. Joel tried to protect them with bags of salt, which he erroneously believed would kill a Crossed, but the savages broke through the salt line and slaughtered Arwen and Amy. While her parents were being brutally raped, Arwen was dismembered by the Crossed.
