Biography[]
Arthur Richmond was an American businessman. He was the husband of Penelope Richmond and the father of Kyle Richmond. His wife died in an accident while Kyle was still a young child. Arthur was the founder of Richmond Enterprises. When Arthur Richmond died, control of the company was handed down to his son, Kyle.
