Arnold Halliwell is a fictional lawyer featured on the WB Network television series Charmed. Played by actor Terry Bozeman, he made a single appearance in the season one episode "The Witch Is Back".
Biography[]
Arnold Halliwell was a lawyer operating out of San Francisco, California. The 17th century warlock known as Matthew Tate burst into his office demanding to known the location of Arnold's "sisters". Tate mistakenly believed that Arnold was related to the "Charmed Ones", who were three powerful witches who also shared the surname Halliwell. Tate murdered Arnold using telekinesis.
