Biography[]
Arm-Fall-Off-Boy is an orange-skinned altered human from the 30the century. He possessed the incredible ability to detach his own limbs and use them as blunt weapons. Arm-Fall-Off-Boy attempted to join the Legion of Super-Heroes. The police of the Legion's membership required that each applicant possessed an ability that was unique from anyone else currently on the roster. Although Arm-Fall-Off-Boy satisfied this requirement, the Legion decided that his power was too stupid to be worthy of serious consideration.
