Points of interest[]
- 2281 Lich Street
- 2281 Lich Street was the residence of Alan Halsey and his daughter, Megan. It was a lavish two-story home with an attic, a car port and white picket fence. Alan Halsey, who was the dean of Miskatonic University, invited his colleague Doctor Carl Hill over for dinner one evening in recognition of Hill's success in scoring a grant for the school. Dan Cain came over to pick up Megan Halsey for a study date. Before leaving, Doctor Hill offered up a toast to Megan, which made her very uncomfortable.
- 666 Dark More
- 666 Dark More was the residence of med student Dan Cain and his pet cat, Rufus. It was a modest one-story home in the suburbs of Arkham. Dan's fiancé, Megan Halsey often stayed overnight at the house. Dan posted a notice at Miskatonic University inquiring about a roommate, which was answered by fellow student Herbert West. Cain was put-off by West's brusque demeanor, but happily accepted him into his home when West immediately put up the first month's rent. West agreed to spend the majority of his time in the basement, insuring Dan that he wouldn't even notice he was there. Things quickly turned sour between the two students however, when he found that Herbert West had put Dan's dead cat Rufus in the refrigerator, where it was later discovered by Megan. West claimed that the animal got its head stuck in a bottle and died. He later used his experimental Re-Agent to bring the cat back to life, but it was resurrected as a grotesque undead crazed animal.
- Stu's Bar
- Stu's Bar was located on or near the Miskatonic University campus. Several students from the school visited the bar, including Crawford Tillinghast and his friends, Brandon, Bear Johnson, Mara Esteban and Carrie Mitchel. It was here that Crawford first revealed to the others that he had completed reconstruction on his father's great experiment - the Resonator. Without giving away too much information, he smiled and told them that his achievement would be "monumental".
