"The Beast of Darkness" is the second episode of season one of the Japanese anime series Aquarion. It was directed by Yasuhito Kikuchi and written by Shoji Kawamori. John Burgmeier serves as a regular series writer on the show. It first aired on TV Tokyo in Japan on April 11th, 2005.
