Aquaman, Volume Three is a five-issue limited series published in 1989 after the release of the Legend of Aquaman Special. The series involved the invasion of Atlantis by an army of sentient giant jellyfish and also continued an ongoing subplot involving Aquaman's deteriorating marriage to Mera. The series was edited by Barbara Kesel, written by the creative team behind Ambush Bug, Keith Giffen and Robert Loren Fleming. Giffen provided page layouts, with art by veteran comic book artist Curt Swan and finished art provided by Al Vey.
