Aorans are a fictional alien race featured in comic books published by DC Comics. They are associated with the Green Lantern line of titles and first appeared in Green Lantern, Volume 2 #37 in June, 1965.
Description[]
Aorans were the dominant life forms of the planet Aoran. They were bi-pedal humanoids, but were all but destroyed when one of their number - an crazed scientist who came to call himself "Evil Star" waged battle against them, killing nearly everyone on his planet.
