Anno Dracula is a British horror novel written by author Kim Newman. It is based on the public domain character of Dracula and explores the concept of alternate history as Great Britain comes to be ruled by the Lord of the Undead. The novel was the first in a series and first published in 1992. The book was followed by a sequel, Anno Dracula: The Bloody Red Baron, which was first printed as a hardcover edition in 1995. An Anno Dracula comic book series, written by Kim Newman with artwork by Paul McCaffrey began publication in March, 2017.
