Overview[]

Anna is the High Commander of the Visitors - a mysterious alien race that came to Earth in the year 2009 under the pretense of peace. Anna presented herself as the public face of the Visitors, or Vs, often proffering forth words of encouragement and good will such as "We are of peace. Always." Anna quickly ingratiated herself to Earth's populace by extending the use of her people's advanced technology to the world. By way of a renewable energy source called Blue Energy, Anna was able to cause major societal change in both the energy and medical industries. Despite her disposition however, neither Anna, nor those who followed her were on Earth to usher in a new age of peace and prosperity. Her long-reaching plans involved nothing short than the subjugation of humanity as a whole, using Earthlings as virtual guinea pigs to further their objectives. Serving Anna aboard her mother ship was her daughter Lisa and her second-in-command Marcus. [1]

Notes & Trivia[]

  • Actress Jane Badler, who played Anna's counterpart, Diana, in the original series came back to play Anna's mother in season two of the remake series. The character was named Diana in honor of Badler's previous work in the franchise.
