Biography[]
Andre Cocteau was a French scientist and a member of the French Resistance during World War II. He worked as a double-agent, pretending to have betrayed his country and siding with the Nazis. In this capacity, he worked under the Red Skull on his sleeper robot program. In 1944, American super-hero Captain America, and Canadian O.S.S. agent Logan attempted to liberate Andre Cocteau from captivity. He seemingly betrayed them and escaped. Andre spent the remainder of the war sabotaging Nazi efforts. He died sometime after the war from natural causes.
