Amy Jennings' bedroom is a fictional location featured in the daytime Gothic soap opera Dark Shadows.

Description[]

This was a standard bedroom and one of the forty rooms located at the Collinwood estate in Collinsport, Maine. It was located on the second floor of the East Wing. Who occupied this room prior to Amy, if anyone, is unknown. When Amy Jennings came to live in Collinwood, this was the room she stayed in. It was just down the hall from David Collins' bedroom.

The décor of the room was similar to that of most other bedrooms in the mansion, including blue-grey painted walls. It included a four-poster bed with a plaid coverlet and yellow pillow cases. A landscape painting adorned the wall behind the bed. The bed was adjacent to the left wall upon entering room. A nightstand was located to the right of the bed. On the right wall from the entrance was a large wardrobe for all of Amy's dresses. On the wall opposite the bed was a fireplace.

History[]

During a time when Amy and David were being guided by the malefic spirit of Quentin Collins, the children played various pranks on the adult members of the household as part of a plan to prevent them from sending them away. Following the apparent death of Elizabeth Collins Stoddard, Barnabas Collins arranged to have the children move to Boston for a time. The children were instructed to pack their clothes. They later claimed that after laying their clothes out, they mysteriously appeared back in their closets. [1]
