"Winter Kills" is the sixth episode of season ten of the anthology television series American Horror Story, and the 109th episode of the series overall. It is billed under the sub-heading "Double Feature", with the first half of the season comprising the "Red Tide" storyline. It was directed by John J. Gray with a script written by Ryan Murphy and Manny Coto. It first aired on the FX Network on Wednesday, September 22nd, 2021 at 10:00 pm. In this episode, the Massachusetts State Police extend the long arm of the law into Provincetown. As a result, Austin Sommers and Belle Noir take measures to do away with troublemaker Harry Gardner. To help Harry against the pending threat, Ursula Khan employs an unconventional resources - the Pale people.
