"And Death Shall Come!" is the title to the ninetieth issue of the first Amazing Spider-Man ongoing comic book series published by Marvel Comics. The story was written by Stan Lee with artwork by Gil Kane and inks by John Romita. Kane and Romita also rendered the cover art illustration to this issue. It was lettered by Sam Rosen and edited by Stan Lee. This issue shipped with a November, 1970 cover date and carries a cover price of .15 cents per copy.

- The character of Spider-Man was created by writer Stan Lee and artist Steve Ditko. He first appeared in Amazing Fantasy #15 in August, 1962 in a story titled "Spider-Man!" The character has since gone on to become one of the most well-known and enduring super-heroes of all time, having appeared in numerous comic book titles, as well as feature films, animated projects and video games.
- The tagline for this issue is "Spider-man -- The Killer!"
- This is the final appearance of George Stacy. He dies in this issue protecting a child from falling debris from a rooftop caused by Spider-Man's battle with Doctor Octopus.
- Before dying, George Stacy reveals that he knew that Peter Parker was Spider-man.
