"Spider-Man Versus Doctor Octopus" is the title to the third issue of the first Amazing Spider-Man comic book series published by Marvel Comics. The story was written by Stan Lee, with artwork by Steve Ditko. Ditko also provided the inking for this issue, as well as the cover art composition. The story was colored by Stan Goldberg with lettering by John Duffy. It was edited by Stan Lee. This issue shipped with a July, 1963 cover date and carries a cover price of 12 cents per copy (US).
