"Fools... Like Us!" is the title to the 225th issue of the first Amazing Spider-Man ongoing comic book series published by Marvel Comics. The story was written by Roger Stern with artwork by John Romita, Jr. and inks by Bob Wiacek. It was colored by Glynis Wein and lettered by Joe Rosen. The story was edited by Tom DeFalco. This issue shipped with a February, 1982 cover date and carries a cover price of .60 cents per copy.

Greg Salinger - the Foolkiller! He will suffer no fools!

  • The character of Spider-Man was created by writer Stan Lee and artist Steve Ditko. He first appeared in Amazing Fantasy #15 in August, 1962 in a story titled "Spider-Man!" The character has since gone on to become one of the most well-known and enduring super-heroes of all time, having appeared in numerous comic book titles, as well as feature films, animated projects and video games.

  • This issue carries the approval stamp of the Comics Code Authority.
  • This issue is reprinted in the Spider-Man: Nothing Can Stop the Juggernaut trade paperback collection, published in October, 2012.

  • This issue includes a flashback of when the Foolkiller fought up against Hellcat and Valkyrie in Defenders #75.
  • Peter Parker makes reference to the song "Everybody Plays the Fool", which was recorded by The Main Ingredient in 1972.
  • A homeless woman compares Foolkiller to Zorro in this issue. Zorro is a pulp western hero created by Johnston McCulley in 1919. His real name is Don Diego de la Vega, and he is known for carving his trademark "Z" into items with his sword.
  • This is the first, and to date, only known appearance of Harvey McNamara, who is a registrar at Empire State University.
  • This is the first, and to date, only known appearance of Salvatore - a mailroom employee at Empire State University.
  • This is the first, and to date, only known appearance of Tony - a mailroom employee at Empire State University.
