"Sabotage at the Steel Mills" is the attributed title to the first story featured in the superhero adventure anthology series All-American Comics published by All-American Publications. It is a Green Lantern story written by Bill Finger with artwork and inks by Mart Dellon. The second tale features the Atom and was written by Bill O'Connor with artwork by Ben Flinton, and inks by Leonard Sansone. This is followed by a four-page Red Tornado story by Sheldon Mayer. After that, its time for Hop Harrigan to try his luck at being a super-hero in "Smash the Spy Ring" by Jon L. Blummer. This is followed by the introduction of a new Mystery Man, Doctor Mid-Nite, brought to you by writer Charles Reizenstein and artist Stan Asch. The final vignette is an eight-page story featuring Red, White, and Blue called "Mystery of the Vanishing Pilots" by John B. Wentworth and artist Howard Purcell.
