Notes & Trivia[]

  • The events of this series take place many years after the Aliens film and features Dwayne Hicks and an adult Rebecca Jordan. The 1992 film Alien³ throws a monkey-wrench into comic continuity with revelations about the final fates of Newt and Hicks. Subsequent reprintings of stories from this series see the characters' names changed to Billie and Lance Corporal Wilkes.
  • Ellen Ripley makes a cameo appearance at the end of this issue. For the same reasons listed above, Ripley's appearance in this story is apocryphal, for she went directly to Fiorina 161 following the events of Aliens, which is where she died.
