"Aliens" is the second volume of an over-sized hardcover collection series that reprints stories from the Aliens comic book line originally published in the 1980s-1990s by Dark Horse Comics. This collection reprints the second Aliens limited series, also known as "Nightmare Asylum", as well as the Aliens: Earth War four-issue series, which has also been published under the title "Female War". This volume was released in April, 2017, and carries a cover price of $39.99 per copy (US).

- The Aliens franchise was created by director Ridley Scott and screenplay writer Dan O'Bannon. It was first brought to life in the 1979 sci-fi/horror movie Alien, which spawned multiple sequels, prequels, and crossover films. Other notable directors in the franchise include James Cameron, David Fincher, Jean-Pierre Jeunet, and Paul W.S. Anderson.

- This volume reprints the original unabridged version of Aliens, Volume 2. The story features the characters of Dwayne Hicks and Rebecca Jordan and was published prior to the release of Alien³, which established the deaths of the characters shortly following the events of the Aliens feature film. Subsequent reprints of the material changed the characters' names to Billie and Lance Corporal Wilkes.
