Biography[]
Alice Martin was a young girl living in the town of Haddonfield. On Halloween night, 1978, she was home alone and talking to her friend Sally on the kitchen telephone when she heard screaming coming from the Elrod residence next door. She called out to her neighbors, but received no reply. She then went back inside her house and continued talking on the telephone with her friend Sally, informing her that her parents were out of town visiting a relative.
Unbeknownst to Alice, Michael Myers was watching her. Eventually her friend told her about the discovery of three dead bodies that were being reported on the news. Alice turned on the radio to learn more. At that moment, she heard a sound coming from the living room and dropped the phone. Alice turned around and peered into teh living room only to discover that the front door was open. She had said "Hello? Is anyone there?" as she walked through the living room towards the front door. However, she never got the chance to close the front door because Michael emerged from hiding and quickly stabbed Alice.
