Alice Lizewski is a fictional character featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics under their Icon imprint. She first appeared in Kick-Ass #1 in April, 2008. In the 2010 Kick-Ass feature film, the character was played by Elizabeth McGovern.
Biography[]
Mrs. Lizewski, first name unknown, lived in New York City, New York with her husband Jimmy Lizewski, and son David Lizewski. When Dave was fourteen-years-old, Mrs. Lizewski suffered from an aneurysm and she died on the kitchen floor. David was the one who found her. [1]

- The character of Alice Lizewski was created by writer Mark Millar and artists John Romita, Jr. and Tom Palmer.
- Mrs. Lizewski never made a full appearance. In the story detailing her death, only her legs are shown on the kitchen floor. She is later seen as part of David's hallucination.
- In the movie, Mrs. Lizewski's given name is Alice.
- David Lizewski once fantasized about having righteous anger and swearing a pledge to avenge his mother, ala Bruce Wayne swearing to avenge his murdered parents in Batman comic books.
- Alice Lizewski is the first female character to die in both the comics and the movie.
