Alexi Leonov is a fictional mobster and a recurring character featured on the CW Network television series Arrow. Played by actor Eugene Lipinski, he was introduced in the third episode of season one, "Lone Gunmen". He made three appearances in the series overall.

Alexi Leonov was a criminal of Russian descent living in the United States. He was a member of the powerful criminal cartel known as the Solntsevskaya Bratva, and operated out of Starling City. He masqueraded as working as a mechanic in an auto body shop. Alexi had occasional dealings with Oliver Queen and would agree to assist him in certain endeavors in exchange for for favors.
