Biography[]
Aldrich Killian attended the University of California where he received a bachelor degree in science as well as his PhD. He went to work for the biotechnical research institute known as FuturePharm in Austin, Texas where he severed as the senior project manager for the Extremis Project - a biotechnical enhancile combining nanotechnology and chemical compounds designed to repair damaged cells in the human body. Killian worked under FuturePharm's project head Doctor Maya Hansen, who was known for being an extremely strict employer, despite the apparent disorganization of FuturePharm's senior staff.
In November of 2004, Doctor Killian stole the Extremis enhancile sample from it's locked vault. When the rest of the project team discovered it was missing, Killian knew that it would only be a matter of time before he was captured and interrogated. A weak-willed man by nature, Killian knew that he would not be able to withstand an interrogation. Rather than face criminal charges, Killian took his own life with a gunshot wound to the head. His final thoughts were lamenting the fact that he had never been in love.
