Ainlee Teem is a fictional politician and a minor character featured in the Star Wars multimedia franchise. He was referenced in the 1999 feature film Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace.
Biography[]
Ainlee Teem was a member of the Gran race who normally hail from the planet of Kinyen. Ainlee however, lived on the planet Malastare. In 32 BBY, Queen Padmé Amidala called for a vote of No Confidence against the Republic chancellor Finis Valorum. Once the motion was passed to remove Valorum from office, three standing senators were nominated to replace him, including Ainlee Teem, Bail Antilles of Alderaan, and Sheev Palpatine, representing Naboo. Palpatine ultimately secured the vote.
