Aero disks are a fictional technological item featured in comic books published by DC Comics. They first appeared in Mister Miracle #1 in April, 1971.
Description[]
Aero disks are small, flat circular disks equippped with anti-gravity technology. Scott Free, aka Mister Miracle of New Genesis stands on these discs and uses them to fly. The discs are equipped with electromagnetic circuitry that keeps the rider rooted in place until such time that they are ready to land.
