Superman was created by writer Jerry Siegel and artist Joe Shuster. He first appeared in Action Comics #1 in June, 1938 in a story called "Superman, Champion of the Opressed".

This episode is comprised of archival clips from the film Superman and the Mole Men.

Lois Lane: I suppose you know what happened?
Superman: I know what's going to happen if that mob isn't stopped.
Corrigan: Where's the sheriff? Why isn't he doing something?
