Adventure Comics is an American ongoing comic book series of the superhero fantasy series. It was published by DC Comics and ran for twelve issues from April, 2009 to August, 2010. The series is a revival of Adventure Comics, Volume 1 and features the characters of Superboy and the Legion of Super-Heroes.

- The Legion of Super-Heroes were created by writer Otto Binder and artist Al Plastino. They first appeared as a three-member team in the first story in Adventure Comics #247 in April, 1958 titled "The Legion of Super-Heroes". The group would go on to become the main feature of the series and would also spawn numerous Legion of Super-Heroes ongoing comic titles as well as a cartoon series.
- Following issue #12, the series reverted to the volume one numbering sequence, beginning with issue #516.
- Issue #0 featured an "Origins & Omens" back-up tale.
- Issue #0 was originally release as a one-shot, several months before the beginning of the regular series.
- Issues #1-4 comprise the "Long Live the Legion" storyline.
- Issues #4-7 are "Blackest Night" crossovers.
- Issues #8-11 comprises the "Last Stand of New Krypton" storyline.
