Adam Cross is a fictional firefighter and a minor character featured on Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. on ABC. Played by actor Rick Gifford, he appeared in the sixth episode of season one, "FZZT". Adam Cross was a volunteer firefighter as well a troop leader for the Boy Scouts. He was killed by an electrostatic wave, the origin of which, traced back to a recovered helmet from a Chitauri alien.
