Description[]
The Absorbo-belt was a gold-colored belt designed by the engineers at S.H.I.E.L.D. for use in their Super-Agents program. The belt had the ability to allow the wearer to tap into the strength and physical skills of an opponent, absorbing these qualities into themselves, and then replicating them with equal levels of strength and proficiency.
History[]
Denise Baranger had been selected by Nick Fury to become part of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Super-Agents program. Taking the code-name Vamp, she was outfitted with the Absorbo-Belt and practiced her training with it by combating Agent 74. When Fury invited Captain America and the Falcon to their underground barber shop headquarters, the Vamp used the belt to face off against Cap and the Falcon, duplicating their enhanced agility.
