A Nightmare on Elm Street: The Beginning is an American comic book limited series of the horror genre. It is based on the A Nightmare on Elm Street film franchise and was published by Innovation Comics from the Summer to the Fall of 1992. The series was written by Andy Mangels with artwork by Dan Day, and lettering by Vickie Williams. It was edited by David Campiti.
