Description[]
The A.I.Marines started off as just the armed response unit of Advanced Idea Mechanics. They became a larger threat when Leonard Samson tricked the Red Hulk into activating his Cathexis ray generator, which generated a wave of gamma radiation from a satellite network that evolved those affected by it, turning them into super-strong "Hulk" versions of their former selves.
