- The Mandalorian completes a bounty on a blue-skinned Mythrol man on an unidentified ice planet. Transporting him back on his ship, the Razor Crest, the Mythrol man attempts to escape, but the Mandalorian secures him inside a block of carbonite. (Star Wars: The Mandalorian: Chapter 1)
- The Mandalorian accepts an off-the-book bounty job on the planet Nevarro to acquire an asset for an unidentified client, who happens to be a former Imperial officer. He ends up traveling to the planet Arvala-7, partnering with an assassin droid named IG-11, but when he discovers that the asset is a baby, he destroys IG-11, who intends on killing it. - The Mandalorian brings the Child to the planet Sorgan, believing it to be a remote and quiet world. He finds a settlement of human farmers that wish to hire him to help them fight off Klatooinian raiders. The Mandalorian meets a former Rebel Alliance shock trooper named Cara Dune, and together they teach the farmers how to defend themselves and succeed in repulsing the raiders and destroying an AT-ST. - A Kubaz assassin tracks The Child to Sorgan and attempts to assassinate it. Cara Dune shoots him from behind and kills him before he can get a shot off. The Mandalorian had hoped to leave The Child on Sorgan, but realizes that it is no longer safe. (Star Wars: The Mandalorian: Chapter 4)
