| Rescue of Han Solo: Leia Organa disguises herself as the bounty hunter Boushh and approaches Jabba the Hutt under the pretense of collecting the bounty on Chewbacca. That night, she sneaks into Jabba's throne room and revives Han Solo. She is caught in the act however and enslaved. Han Solo is thrown in a dungeon and reunited with Chewbacca. | RotJ |
| Rescue of Han Solo: Luke Skywalker arrives at Jabba's Palace and demands the release of Han Solo. Jabba refuses and drops him into his Rancor pit. Luke evades the Rancor and kills it by dropping a heavy iron door atop its head. He is then taken prisoner. | RotJ |
| Skirmish at Carkoon: Jabba the Hutt tries to execute Han Solo, Luke Skywalker and Chewbacca by feeding them to the Sarlacc at the Great Pit of Carkoon.
