"Voices Carry" is the second episode of season two of The 4400 and the seventh episode overall. Directed by Vincent Misiano, it first aired on the USA Network on June 12th, 2005. In this episode, one of the returnees, baseball player Gary Navarro develops the ability to hear the thoughts of other people. The persistent influx of stimuli begins to drive him insane and he seeks out the aid of NTAC. The administrators of the agency however, see Navarro as a tool, which they hope to use to learn more about Jordan Collier.
