"Suffer the Children" is the fourth episode of season two of the American sci-fi television series The 4400 and is the ninth episode of the series overall. It was directed by Vincent Misiano and written by Frederick Rappaport. It first aired on the USA Network on June 26th, 2005. In this episode, Shawn Farrell uses his powers to heal Jordan Collier form wounds he suffered at the hands of Isabelle Tyler. Jordan changes his tune regarding Isabelle and her parents. Meanwhile, a school teacher named Heather Tobey, one of the 4400, develops the ability to unlock the hidden talents of her school children. Unfortunately, the parents of these children begin to suspect that they may be the victims of child abuse. Later, Shawn befriends a disenfranchised homeless girl named Liv.
