"2010" is the first issue of the two-issue 2010 comic book limited series published by Marvel Comics. It is the official movie adaptation of the 1984 film 2010: The Year We Make Contact. The adaptation was written by J.M. DeMatteis with pencil layouts by Joe Barney and Larry Hama and finished inks & coloring by Tom Palmer. It was lettered by Rick Parker and edited by Bob Budiansky. This issue shipped with an April, 1985 cover date and carries a cover price of $1.00 per copy (US).
