1834 is the thirty-fourth year of the 19th century. In the DC Extended Universe, Midway City was established as a settlement in Michigan and expanded to become a large town. It gained a Sheriff's department that would become the Midway City Police Department in 1863.
On the HBO television series True Blood, the original Stackhouse residence was constructed by Jonas Stackhouse around the year 1834.
